These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of physical goods through rabona.cards (the "Site") by Rabona Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") to consumers. They are drafted in accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (ЗЗП), the Bulgarian Electronic Commerce Act (ЗЕТ) and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.

1. About these Terms

These Terms describe how you can order from us, how delivery works, how to exercise your statutory right to withdraw within 14 days, what to do if you receive a defective item, and how disputes are handled.

These Terms apply only to consumers, that is, natural persons acting outside the scope of their trade, business, craft or profession (§13(1)(1) of the Additional Provisions of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act). They are not intended for business-to-business sales.

Both English and Bulgarian versions of these Terms are made available. In the event of any inconsistency, the Bulgarian-language version prevails.

Rabona Ltd. is not currently registered for VAT under the Bulgarian VAT Act. No VAT is included in the prices and no VAT invoice is issued. If we cross the registration threshold, we will update these Terms and start issuing VAT invoices in accordance with law.

3. The product

We sell The International Archive – First Edition: a deck of playing cards illustrated with football moments. Each deck contains the standard number of playing cards in a printed box. Cards are produced from durable plastic stock with a standard finish.

Photographs and renders on the Site are illustrative. Slight variations in color, finish and texture may occur between production runs and do not constitute a defect.

4. How orders work

Placing an order through rabona.cards involves the following steps:

  1. You select the number of decks you wish to order.
  2. You enter your shipping and (if different) billing details, and your email address.
  3. You review the total amount (product price plus shipping) shown on the order summary.
  4. You confirm acceptance of these Terms of Sale and our Privacy Policy.
  5. You pay using a payment method offered by Stripe (currently card payments and Stripe Link).

The contract between you and us is concluded at the moment your payment is successfully authorised by Stripe. From that moment, both parties are bound by these Terms.

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This email serves as confirmation of the contract on a durable medium within the meaning of §13(1)(20) of the Additional Provisions of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.

Each order is identified by a unique order reference. Please keep it for any future correspondence regarding your order.

5. Prices and payment

The current pricing of the product is:

Payment is collected at the time the order is placed. We charge upfront and do not currently offer cash on delivery for online orders placed through the Site.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) and, where applicable, Stripe, Inc. (United States). Card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure environment and are never accessible to us. Stripe handles PCI DSS compliance for the payment.

6. Delivery

We currently ship only to delivery addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Orders with a shipping address outside Bulgaria cannot be accepted.

For orders placed during our current pre-launch phase, dispatch is scheduled for the period 29 June to 3 July 2026. We will email you when your order has been dispatched, with the carrier and tracking details where available.

Once dispatched, delivery within Bulgaria typically takes 1 to 3 business days depending on the courier and the destination.

If we have not delivered your order by the agreed time, you have the right to give us a reasonable additional period to deliver. If we still fail to deliver within that additional period, you have the right to terminate the contract and we will refund all amounts paid no later than 14 days from your termination notice. If the delivery time was essential to you (for example, the goods were ordered for a specific event) you may terminate immediately.

We pack each order with care. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible, or accept it with a written reservation from the courier, and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.

We may use one or more of the established Bulgarian couriers (such as Econt or Speedy) or Bulgarian Posts. The courier acts as an independent service provider engaged by us; their handling of your shipment is governed by their own terms.

7. Your right to withdraw (14-day return)

You have an unconditional right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason and without any penalty. The text below is the statutory information you are entitled to receive under Article 47(1)(8) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and Annex I(A) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Information concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Rabona Ltd., Zheko Voivoda 8, Sofia 1756, Bulgaria, email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form set out at the end of these Terms, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, at the address set out in Section 8 below, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Inspecting and examining the deck in the same manner as you would be allowed in a physical shop does not affect your right to a full refund. Using the cards for play, soiling, marking or damaging them may result in a deduction from the refund.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The cases in which the right of withdrawal does not apply are listed exhaustively in Article 57 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. None of these exceptions apply to our standard product: you always have the 14-day withdrawal right when ordering a deck from us.

8. How to return your order

To return your order under the right of withdrawal:

  1. Tell us. Send an email to [email protected] stating your order reference and that you wish to withdraw. You may use the model form at the end of these Terms, or simply write the same information in your own words.
  2. Pack the goods. Repack the deck securely, ideally in the original packaging.
  3. Send the package. Use any tracked postal or courier service. Keep the proof of return – you may need it for your refund.
  4. Receive your refund. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the goods back, or until you send us proof of return.

The direct cost of return shipping is borne by you. We do not provide a pre-paid return label.

9. The 2-year legal guarantee (for faulty goods)

Independently of, and in addition to, your 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods we sell are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity. Under the Bulgarian Act on the Provision of Digital Content and Digital Services and on the Sale of Goods (transposing Directive (EU) 2019/771), goods must conform to the contract for two years from delivery.

Goods are considered non-conforming if, for example, cards are missing from the deck, there are clear printing defects, the box is structurally damaged, or the product does not correspond to its description on the Site.

If the goods do not conform to the contract, you have the right, free of charge, to:

For any defect that becomes apparent within the first 12 months from delivery, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. After 12 months, the consumer must show that the defect existed at delivery.

Return shipping costs for non-conforming goods are borne by us. To make a claim, write to [email protected] describing the defect and including photographs where helpful. We will respond within a reasonable time and arrange the appropriate remedy.

10. Damage in transit

Under Article 64 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and Article 20 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you only when you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged because of handling by the courier, this is our responsibility, not yours. We will, at our option, resend the order or refund you. Please notify us within a reasonable time after the loss or damage becomes apparent.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint about the product, the delivery or any aspect of your order, please contact us first at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint without undue delay and do our best to resolve it.

If we are unable to resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you have the right to refer the dispute to the competent Bulgarian out-of-court dispute resolution body:

The decisions of the Conciliation Commission are not binding. Either party retains the right to bring the dispute before the competent Bulgarian courts.

12. Personal data

Personal data collected in connection with your order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at rabona.cards/privacy . The legal bases include performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with our accounting and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). Order data is retained for 10 years from the end of the calendar year in which the transaction occurred, in line with Article 12 of the Bulgarian Accounting Act.

13. Governing law

These Terms and any contract concluded under them are governed by Bulgarian law.

If you are a consumer habitually resident in a Member State of the European Union, you also have the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence where those rules provide a higher level of protection.

14. Changes and final clauses

We may amend these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law, in our services or in third-party providers. Amendments take effect from the date stated as the last-updated date at the top of this page and apply only to orders placed after that date. Orders already placed remain governed by the Terms in force at the time of the order.

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to place an order through the Site.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unenforceable or contrary to mandatory consumer-protection rules, that provision shall be deemed adjusted to comply with the applicable rules to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
